The High Plains Drifters fly fishing club was formed by a few dedicated fly fishing enthusiasts in March of 1991.

The HPD Goals are:

Promote Fly Fishing.
Promote Friendliness and Fellowship Among Fellow Fly Fishers.
Promote Catch and Release Fishing.
Support the Goals of the Federation of Fly Fishers (FFF).
- Conserving, Restoring, and Educating Through Fly Fishing

HPD meetings are held monthly on the third Wednesday of the month, except December.

Dinner: 6:00PM to 7:00PM

Program: 7:00PM to 8:30PM
